Position Overview:

The Bilingual Transport Dispatcher plays a key role in coordinating our fleet operations. This position ensures routes are optimized, schedules run smoothly, and safety and compliance remain top priorities.

The wage for this position is $70,000- $80,000 based on skills and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Schedule and dispatch drivers to keep pick-ups and deliveries right on time
Build smart, efficient routes that save miles, time, and money
Stay in constant contact with drivers, offering real-time support when it counts
Track vehicle locations and performance through modern dispatch systems
Keep every run compliant with transportation laws, safety standards, and company policy
Partner with logistics and yard teams to keep daily operations seamless
Deliver standout service by handling customer inquiries and updates fast

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in a dispatch or fleet coordination is required
Knowledge of transportation regulations across Ontario and Quebec.
Proficiency with Google Workspace and dispatch/tracking software (e.g., Fleet Complete, ScrapIT, CRM).
Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
Bilingualism (English/French) is a requirement.
