Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced PCB Layout Design Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high-speed and RF layout designs, with a proven track record of delivering complex PCB designs for telecom equipment. This role requires a mid to senior-level professional who can start immediately and contribute to our ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop PCB layouts for high-speed and RF applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design requirements are met.
Perform signal integrity analysis and simulations to optimize PCB performance.
Review and validate PCB designs to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers.
Document design processes and maintain design files.

What are the Mandatory skills and skill proficiencies required for this position?

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in PCB layout design, with a focus on high-speed and RF designs.
Proficiency in PCB design software (e.g., Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro).
Strong understanding of signal integrity, EMI/EMC considerations, and RF design principles.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
