Are you a RIBO-licensed professional looking for a flexible, supportive, and growth-oriented opportunity? Aaxel Insurance Brokers is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Commissioned RIBO Licensed Insurance Broker. This 100% commission-based hybrid position allows you to work both remotely and in our Mississauga office, ensuring you have the flexibility and work-life balance you need. Key Responsibilities

Manage and process insurance policies, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
Advise clients on coverage options tailored to their specific needs, providing expert guidance and solutions.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional communication and customer service skills.
Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes to provide clients with the best advice.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of automobile, property, and other insurance products.
Proven experience in processing and managing insurance policies.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in managing tasks.
Ability to interpret and analyze insurance policies and regulations effectively.
RIBO (Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario) license is a must.
Experience using insurance software systems for efficient policy management.
If you are newly RIBO licensed, a minimum of one year in sales or customer service is preferred.
