We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Legal Administrative Assistant to support our legal team with a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong office experience, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with legal and office software. Duties

Manage and organize legal documents, files, and correspondence with meticulous attention to detail
Perform data entry and maintain records using Microsoft Office, Alexur Law Practice Management
Handle front desk responsibilities including greeting visitors, managing multi-line phone systems, and scheduling appointments
Provide customer service to clients via phone, email, and in person, demonstrating professional phone etiquette
Prepare Sponsorship Applications, Work Permits, Study Permits, and Permanent Residency Applications
Assist with billing and documentation entry within the Alexur system to support financial recordkeeping
Support lawyer with document proofreading, filing, and preparing legal documents for court submissions
Maintain organized filing systems both electronically and physically
Support administrative tasks such as calendar management, email correspondence, and general office support

Requirements

Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PDF), Alexur Law Practice Management, and data entry skills
Minimum 2-3 years of clerical or administrative experience in a legal setting is required.
Fluent in Turkish and English
Bachelor's degree in any field is required.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong typing speed and accuracy; attention to detail in proofreading documents
Exceptional customer service skills with professional phone etiquette
Familiarity with front desk operations and multi-line phone systems
Ability to handle filing systems efficiently and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Ensure compliance with confidentiality standards and legal procedures
