Draft, amend, and terminate Consulting Agreements
Review amendments and tasks related to existing contracts to extract information required for Consulting Agreements
Maintain and manage a register of Consultants, including tracking contract renewals
Coordinate the onboarding and offboarding of Consultants
Create, maintain, and update contract records in Salesforce
Process contract amendments in a timely and accurate manner
Draft NDAs and Teaming Agreements on existing template
Provide general support to other members of the Commercial Team, as required
Perform contract administration tasks not covered by other administrative functions

Qualifications

Non-professional law degree, a degree in criminology, political science, or a related field; or a Paralegal or Law Clerk diploma
1-5 years of relevant work experience in contracts

Additional Information

Able to obtain and maintain a government secret level clearance
Hybrid: onsite 2-3 days a week (Tuesday–Thursday)
