What You'll Do

Educate and advise union and association members on benefits options
Help families secure permanent coverage that meets their financial and personal needs
Manage relationships with clients and adjust your approach to meet their unique circumstances
Meet and exceed company targets while delivering exceptional service

Have experience working with unions or value helping working-class families
Are goal-oriented, self-motivated, and willing to learn
Have sales or people management experience, or the ability to adapt your approach to different clients or team members

Requirements

Full-time availability
Life & Health Insurance license preferred but not required
