WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Serve as the first point of contact for resident inquiries.
Handle in person interactions, incoming phone calls, emails, and other communications related to property management.
Be the first point of contact for resident complaints and escalate to residential property manager(s).
Provide administrative support to the residential property management team, ensuring efficient day-today operations of properties.
Maintain property records, files, and databases.
Support in the preparation and distribution of notices, letters, and correspondence to residents or- contractors.
Other duties as required.

WHAT WILL YOU NEED?

High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year of administration experience.
Must possess a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.
Must complete & pass a criminal record check.
