Job description

Implement new administrative procedures
Review and evaluate new administrative procedures
Delegate work to office support staff
Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
Carry out administrative activities of establishment
Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation
Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
Perform data entry
Train staff
Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
Resolve conflict situations
Commission systems and components
Coach
Monitor and evaluate

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Information & technology, Other Small Business Administration and Management

Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a senior clerical or executive secretarial position related to office administration is required.

Knowledge in sales is required.

Supervision: Ability to supervise at least 2 people.

Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Word.

Salary: $36.00 hourly, 40 hours per week:

Flexibility in schedule is required. Business schedule is Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
