We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead Offer Creation Projects from

initiation to closure, ensuring the delivery of a solution that meets the business case objectives. This

includes achieving stakeholders satisfaction, maintaining high quality standards, adhering to time-tomarket targets, and managing product and project costs within committed goals.

Qualifications

• Education: Engineering degree combined with an MBA (or equivalent).

• Experience: 2–5 years of professional experience in project or program management.

• Skills & Knowledge:

▪ Strong communication skills with assertive leadership capabilities.

▪ Familiarity with PMP principles and Agile development frameworks (certification is an asset).

▪ Highly organized, structured, and detail-oriented.

▪ Ability to influence without formal authority and lead cross-functional teams.

• Additional Requirements:

▪ Flexibility to work across multiple time zones.

▪ Fluency in English; French is considered an asset.
