Our services extend beyond the lab, offering onsite calibrations, troubleshooting, and repair. These visits provide the opportunity to engage with innovative machinery across a variety of industries.

Who You Are:

Enthusiastic about administrative tasks and meeting deadlines
Detail-oriented with a keen ability to review and ensure accuracy in the work of others
Highly organized and able to keep processes streamlined
A determined problem-solver
Accountable and takes ownership of your work
Experienced with computers and data entry
Interested in the instrumentation, reliability, and electrical component industry

What Will You Do:

Assist our calibration customers with their questions and requests
Provide exceptional customer service
Create invoices and perform data entry tasks
Receive calibration equipment and accurately record details into our system
Prepare equipment for shipping, ensuring proper packaging
Review documents for errors before shipping
Support the office with various administrative tasks
Perform other duties as required to support the team and ensure smooth operations
