Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and efficient General Cleaner who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning tasks to ensure that our clients' spaces are spotless and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing various surfaces.
Clean and disinfect restrooms, kitchens, and other common areas.
Remove trash and recycling, and ensure proper disposal.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of cleaning equipment and supplies.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols.
Provide exceptional customer service while on-site, representing Blue Sponge's high standards.

Requirements:

Must be mobile, have a car and driver's license
Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial work is preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good physical stamina and ability to handle the demands of the job.
