Bring clean dishes, flatware and other items to serving areas and set tablesCarrying and replace linenClean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts and waste disposal unitsClear and clean tables, trays and chairsPackage take-out foodPrepare, heat and finish simple food itemsUse manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice and trim foodstuffsReceive, unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards and other storage areasRemove kitchen garbage and trashSweep, mop, wash and polish floorsWash, peel and cut vegetables and fruit
