Labourers perform a broad range of tasks while working outside in variable conditions. Must be physically fit and able to perform labour related tasks for extended periods of time. A valid Class 5 license is required for this position

Job Overview and Responsibilities

• Load, unload and move construction materials around worksite as required
• Dig and fill holes manually where heavy equipment use is not practical
• Equipment clean up and maintenance
• Occasional operation of some heavy equipment (rollers, skid steers etc.)
• Requires a flexible work schedule including overtime, weekend and out of town work as required during the construction season (May November)
• Comply with safe working procedures and practices
• Other duties as required
