Attend to gas escape callsInstall gas heating units and their componentsService gas heating units and their componentsInstall and maintain meters and regulators and gas lines between gas unit and gas meterAdvise clients regarding standards, safety features and maintenance of gas units and systemsStudy drawings and specifications to determine the layout of the installation and materials requiredEstimate costs and materialsInstall and service propane and natural gas filling stationsTest and replace defective equipment or components
