Minimum Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality in compliance with healthcare regulations and privacy laws.
Coordinate communication between patients, healthcare providers, and administrative staff to facilitate efficient clinic operations.
Process patient check-ins and check-outs, including verifying insurance information and collecting co-payments.
Prepare and organize patient files, forms, and documentation required for medical appointments.
Manage office supplies and maintain a clean, organized reception area.
Support other administrative duties as assigned to ensure smooth daily operations.
