We are seeking a talented tax Associate Lawyer (25 years of experience) to join our expanding Tax Law Group. This role offers the chance to work directly with a diverse range of clients on complex and meaningful matters, while contributing to a collaborative, service-driven team. What Youll Be Doing

Corporate tax planning, including reorganizations and restructuring
Tax aspects of corporate and commercial transactions
Trust, estate, and personal tax planning

How Youll Be a Great Fit For This Role

A client-centered approach, with excellent communication skills, both written and oral;
Strong analytical and drafting skills;
Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, sound judgment, a problem-solving attitude, and a high degree of responsibility;
Entrepreneurial spirit with ambition to build a long-term practice; and
The ability to work both independently and as part of a collegial team.
