Salary: $25.95 - $29.76 (+10.6% in lieu of vacation and stat holidays)

About your role as a Casual On-Call Community Inclusion Worker - Bakery Specialist:

Participates in the organization and implementation of Clements Centre Societys social enterprise, the Mindful Mouthful. Encourages and facilitates individuals participation in bakery-related activities.

Demonstrated good time and general management skills
Positive role model, including modeling a healthy lifestyle

Requirements of the job:

A Community Support Worker Certificate, or equivalent education and experience
Three months experience delivering similar services supporting individuals with disabilities in community settings
Valid First Aid and CPR certification
Valid Food Safety Certification
You will need to have a driver's license, a current and satisfactory criminal record search and driver's abstract, a physicians health reference, a negative TB test
Experience using Microsoft Office suite, preferred

Additional information:

This position is open to all qualified individuals and requires Union membership (BCGEU)
May be required to use personal vehicle
Successful applicants will be required to obtain a Class 5 driver's license in order to pass the trial period
