Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Insurance Advisor located in Ottawa, ON. The Associate Insurance Advisor will be responsible for providing clients with insurance and financial advice, processing policy changes, managing renewals, and assisting with claims. The role also involves prospecting new clients, performing needs assessment, and delivering exceptional customer service. The advisor will work closely with other team members to achieve sales targets and ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

Insurance and Finance skills
Consulting and Customer Service skills
Excellent Communication skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency in using insurance software and Microsoft Office applications
Licensed insurance representative - OTL or RIBO
2 Years of Experience in a financial services or insurance environment is required
