Responsibilities:

Oversee the financial strategic planning of the company by evaluating its performance and potential risks.
Develop budgets that meet the strategic goals of the company.
Prepare detailed reports on the company’s financial performance.
Supervise the finance team in the day-to-day operations, including tracking key financial metrics.
Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations.
Develop secure procedures to maintain confidential information.
Enhance and implement financial and accounting systems, processes, tools, and control systems.
Work with other team members to understand revenue and cost drivers and define appropriate reports for tracking.
Coordinate with external financial entities on behalf of the company, including accountants, government auditors, and financial consultants.
Manage and monitor metrics, KPI tracking, and reports for finance department performance.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or Economics. Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA or CMA) is preferred.
Proven experience as a financial manager in logistic area with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
Strong understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles.
Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient user of finance software, with a strong understanding of ERP software and advanced Excel skills.
Ability to manage, guide, and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used.
