Customer Service / Front Office Coordinator – Dental Laboratory

About the Role

A growing dental laboratory is seeking a Customer Service / Front Office Coordinator to support daily operations and act as a key point of contact between the lab and dental clients. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, communicative, and comfortable handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage case intake and inbound work, ensuring all required information and materials are received
Handle scheduling and coordination of cases throughout production
Provide customer service support to dental offices via phone and email
Perform case follow-up to ensure timelines and expectations are met
Assist with invoicing and billing-related tasks
Schedule deliveries and pickups with couriers and internal teams
Maintain accurate records and case documentation in lab systems
Communicate proactively with internal departments to support on-time delivery

Qualifications & Skills

Previous experience in customer service, front office, or administrative roles (dental or healthcare preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Proficiency with basic computer systems (practice management or lab software a plus)
