What You’ll Do

Coach and mentor Dental Assistants to build confidence and clinical excellence
Partner with Doctors to ensure efficient, seamless, high-quality patient care
Standardize clinical workflows and protocols across multiple locations
Identify gaps and deliver hands-on, practical training
Support onboarding and set new hires up for long-term success
