What Will You Be Doing?
Reporting directly to the Chief Administrative Officer, the Manager will support the District’s workforce of 36 full-time employees, 27 part-time employees, and 28 volunteer firefighters. You will provide leadership for all the District’s HR functions while fostering a safe, engaged, and high-performing workplace culture. On a day-to-day basis, you will draw upon your skills and experiences in

Leading organizational change
Communication, coaching, and relationship building
Negotiation, mediation, and conflict resolution
Project management
Utilizing Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), Learning Management Systems (LMS), and Microsoft Office applications

This full-time permanent, in-person role offers a salary range of $88,000 - $102,000 along with comprehensive benefits to support you in your new surroundings.
