We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Dietitian to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in nutrition and dietetics, with the ability to provide personalized dietary advice and support to our clients. Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments for clients, taking into account their medical history, dietary preferences, and lifestyle factors.
Develop and implement individualized meal plans that align with clients' health goals and dietary restrictions.
Provide education on nutrition-related topics, including healthy eating habits, food choices, and portion control.
Monitor client progress and adjust meal plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care for clients.
Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions using electronic medical records systems.
Offer exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.

Experience

A degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field is required.
Previous experience as a Dietitian or in a similar role is preferred.
Proficiency in electronic medical records systems is an advantage.
Strong computer operation skills are essential for documentation and communication purposes.
Excellent customer service skills are necessary to foster positive relationships with clients.
