Job Overview

Position: Logistics Coordinator

Work Setting: This role must be performed on-site at our Etobicoke location. Remote work is not available.

Language Requirement: English

Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent practical experience

Experience: Minimum 1 year, up to 2 years in a related role

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee the organization’s operational logistics

Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily logistics activities

Track, process, and complete work orders

Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders

Prepare, review, and submit operational reports

Troubleshoot workflow issues and recommend productivity improvements

Deliver consistent customer service support

Provide operational guidance to senior management

Coordinate communication across teams

Maintain and update digital records and databases

Assist with staff training and onboarding

Establish office procedures, policies, and routines

Manage contracts and documentation

Supervise staff and evaluate daily performance

Support research initiatives related to operations
