Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to handle warehouse operations, reception, and shipping. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, optimizing warehouse processes, and ensuring efficient and safe operations.

Main Duties:

Handle day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping of products
Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular inventory audits
Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and transportation providers to ensure timely delivery of goods
Support in reception duties, including answering calls, communication with suppliers, and handling incoming/outgoing mail
Work closely with the team to develop and implement shipping & receiving procedures to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards and clients expectations, while maintaining safety records
Monitor and evaluate goods warehousing and shipping performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
Coordinate with other departments, such as sales and customer service, to fulfill orders and resolve issues
Evaluate warehouse equipment needs and coordinate maintenance and repairs
Coordinate returns, exchanges, and warranty claims efficiently

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, or a related field
Minimum of 4 years of experience in warehousing, shipping, receiving, and related tasks
Proficiency in warehouse management software is a plus
Strong communication skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively in a fast-paced environment
Experience in inventory management, logistics coordination, and shipping duties
Problem-solving skills to address operational challenges and implement effective solutions
Fluent in English & French
