Bring clean dishes, flatware and other items to serving areas and set tablesClean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts and waste disposal unitsClear and clean tables, trays and chairsOperate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware and flatwarePlace dishes in storage areaSanitize and wash dishes and other items by handKeep records of the quantities of food usedPrepare, heat and finish simple food itemsStock refrigerators and salad barsClean and sanitize kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances and equipmentHandle and store cleaning productsReceive, unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards and other storage areasWash, peel and cut vegetables and fruit
