As a Sales Representative, you will play a key part in connecting communities to meaningful causes, increasing public awareness, and fostering the long-term support that allows our charity partners to maximize their impact.

Job Description:

Represent our NGO and hospital partners with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Engage potential supporters, clearly communicating the mission and impact of our charity partners.
Build meaningful connections with members to encourage long-term donor relationships.
Contribute to donor acquisition targets by applying proven engagement strategies.
Maintain accurate records of donor interactions and commitments.
Collaborate with team members to share best practices and contribute to campaign success.
Attend daily in-office briefings and training to stay informed and aligned with campaign goals.

Requirements

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
A positive attitude with the ability to stay motivated and goal-focused.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Previous experience in sales or customer service an asset, but not required — full training is provided.

Position Details

Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday (*Part-Time available on a limited basis*)
Location: In-person; attendance at our Toronto office is required daily
Compensation: Guaranteed base pay plus highly competitive daily bonuses.
