Assistant General Manager – High-Energy Downtown Toronto Restaurant
Are you ready to lead a team in one of Toronto's busiest and most exciting dining spots? We're looking for an Assistant General Manager who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and understands how to bring both operational excellence and personality to the floor.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading by example to inspire, coach, and motivate a top-performing team.
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of a bustling restaurant, ensuring smooth service for hundreds of happy guests daily.
- Driving results in a smart and cheeky culture that encourages fun without sacrificing professionalism.
- Collaborating with leadership to meet and exceed targets, while maintaining the highest standards of guest experience.
- Taking initiative to streamline processes, resolve challenges, and innovate in a dynamic hospitality setting.
What We're Looking For

- Experience managing large-scale restaurant operations, with a focus on both team development and guest satisfaction.
- A sharp mind for numbers and metrics, combined with a natural flair for leadership.
