What You’ll Do

As a Senior Solutions Architect, you will take full accountability for end-to-end technology designs that drive business value. Your key responsibilities include:

Strategic Leadership: Act as a primary thought partner for senior leaders, translating complex business needs into robust technology roadmaps.
Architectural Excellence: Lead initiatives like application rationalization, cloud migration, and legacy modernization within Global Banking and Markets (GBM).
Efficiency & Simplification: Streamline the technology landscape to achieve cost and resource efficiency without compromising delivery.
Security & Risk: Safeguard the Bank’s infrastructure by making informed choices regarding data, architecture, and risk appetite.
Culture & Collaboration: Foster a customer-focused culture and lead teams in alignment with global compliance and conduct standards.

What You Bring

Experience: 12+ years of software engineering industry experience, with at least 5+ years specifically in Capital Markets .
Technical Mastery: Proven track record in building highly distributed global systems, network infrastructure, and security.
Transformation Expert: Hands-on experience with structured architecture practices and moving complex on-premise environments to hybrid cloud models.
Education: Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Influence: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to navigate organizational boundaries and build lasting relationships with stakeholders and vendors.
