Hiring two meat cutters (retail)

Completion of secondary school is required.
Completion of a college or other meat-cutting training program, related experience, or demonstrated meat-cutting skills is an asset.
On-the-job training in Korean-style meat cutting will be provided.
English proficiency is required for this position.

Main duties:

Grind, slice meats using powered grinders and slicing machines
Cut, trim, weigh, shape, package, label and price meat, meat products for sale -Suggest meat products to consumers
Inspect the quality of meat, expiry dates and ensure proper product rotation
Ensure the maintenance of equipment, displays and work area
Receive and store meat products in accordance with GS Food's standard
Comply with government/occupational health and safety standards
$23.00 per hour, 4% vacation fee of gross salary or 10 days paid vacation, extended health benefit (after three months of employment), and meal provided at work
30-40 hours per week (permanent full-time position) including evening and weekend shifts
