KJH Investors (KJH), is a leading discretionary wealth management team in partnership with Harbourfront Wealth, advising high-net-worth individuals and families. We are seeking a Wealth Planning Associate to work directly with a Portfolio Manager and team in delivering a highly personalized, integrated client experience.
This is a hands-on role with exposure to complex planning and investment decisions, well suited to someone who thrives in a high-performance, detail-oriented environment

You will be responsible for:

Partner closely with the Portfolio Manager in managing a select group of high-net-worth client relationships
Prepare client meeting materials, portfolio reviews, and follow-up communications
Develop and maintain comprehensive wealth plans (retirement, tax, estate, and cash flow)
Conduct scenario analysis and identify planning opportunities
Coordinate with external advisors (accountants, lawyers) to deliver integrated advice
Support portfolio monitoring, reporting, and implementation
Maintain CRM and ensure accuracy and completeness of client records
Assist with client onboarding and ongoing service requirements

The ideal candidate for this position has:

3–5+ years of experience in wealth management or financial planning
Strong technical foundation across tax, estate, and retirement planning
Experience working with high-net-worth clients is preferred
Experienced with wealth planning systems Conquest or Naviplan preferred
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
Clear, professional communication skills
CFP (required)
CIM, CFA Level I (or progress), CPA/CA is an asset
High level of ownership, accountability, and discretion
Thoughtful, proactive, and detail-oriented
Collaborative, with a strong client-first mindset
Intellectually curious with a commitment to continuous development

Salary Range: $90,000 - $100,000 per annum (actual salary offered will be commensurate with education, experience, and internal parity).
