The Role

We are seeking motivated individuals who are passionate about helping others. In this role, you will work with individuals and families to develop simple, practical financial plans covering savings, investments, insurance protection, and debt management.

Key Responsibilities

Meet with clients to understand their current financial situation and future goals

Explain financial concepts such as budgeting, saving, investing, and protection in clear, simple language

Assist clients with setting up plans including TFSA, RRSP, RESP, and life insurance solutions

Conduct regular follow-ups and update plans as life circumstances change

Participate in training sessions to strengthen product knowledge and professional skills

Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems

Self-motivated with effective time management

Background in customer service, education, healthcare, sales, or finance is an asset

Must be 18 years or older and legally eligible to work in Canada

Open to completing required licensing (training and guidance provided)
