Job description

As a Sales and Purchasing Coordinator Spare Parts (m/f/d), you will play a vital role in supporting our Field Service operations by managing spare parts sales and procurement, logistic, invoicing and material master data. If you have strong SAP expertise, a structured working style and a passion for technology, we look forward to welcoming you to our team.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Organize intercompany (IC) and third-party orders, including intercompany and third-party billing and invoicing
Maintain and update material master data
Assist for the logistic of oversea spare parts deliveries
Work with our worldwide entities to ensure fastest delivery of spare parts to our clients

Required profile

YOUR PROFILE:

You have deep knowledge of SAP system.
You have a completed technical degree or training in a relevant field.
You have experience in logistics.
You work independently and have a structured approach to tasks.
You are enthusiastic about technology and innovation.
You have good English skills; German language skills are a plus.
You are proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook).
You are available to travel to the USA for trainings and meetings.
Please note that candidates must already be authorized to work in Canada (Canadian citizenship, permanent residency, or valid work permit). Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
