About the Role

We’re looking for an energetic Pro Shop Assistant to join our team and help deliver the best golf experience in Nova Scotia. You’ll be the first face guests see when they walk in — welcoming players, managing bookings, helping with retail, and keeping our performance studio running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

• Greet and assist players, members, and guests with bookings, check-ins, and payments.

• Operate the front desk and POS system while maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.

• Manage pro shop sales — from apparel and equipment to snacks and beverages.

• Assist with food and beverage service during leagues, events, and social nights.

• Support coaching staff with lessons, junior programs, and workshops.

• Keep simulator bays, retail areas, and common spaces clean, organized, and guest-ready.

• Promote Hole9Golf programs, memberships, and events to new and existing clients.

• Organize Bookkeeping of receipts, PnL and Expense Sheets.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and people skills — you love working with customers.

• Experience in retail, golf operations, or hospitality is a strong asset.

• Background in golf, fitness, or sports performance.

• Reliable, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

• Availability on mornings and weekends.

• Smart Serve (or NS equivalent) preferred but not required.
