What You’ll Do

As a Woodworking CNC Machinist, you’ll play a key role in the production of custom components for trade shows, exhibits, and live experiences. You’ll work with advanced woodworking and machining tools to shape, cut, and finish materials that become part of unforgettable brand environments.

Your responsibilities will include:

Setting up and operating CNC machines to shape parts from wood, metal, foam, and plastic.

Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and manuals to understand project specifications.

Preparing machines with the correct tools, materials, and cutting parameters.

Inspecting workpieces throughout production to ensure accuracy and quality.

Performing basic preventative maintenance and cleaning on machines and tooling.

Using precision instruments (micrometers, calipers, gauges) to verify measurements and tolerances.

Operating forklifts (both stand-up and sit-down) to move materials safely and efficiently.

Collaborating with teammates and supporting multiple projects in a fast-paced shop environment.

CNC programming and BIESSE experience a plus!

What You Bring

Experience operating CNC machines in a woodshop or manufacturing setting.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

Comfort working with various materials including wood, foam, and plastics.

Team-oriented mindset with solid problem-solving and communication skills.

Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain one).

Flexibility and dependability — you’re someone who takes ownership of your work.
