About the Role

Position: Research & Development Scientist

Location: West-End Halifax HQ & Dalhousie Laboratory

Experience: .Background in Chemistry required.

What You’ll Do:

Lead High-Impact Research: Drive R&D in food, beverage and nutrition.
Innovate & Design: Directly influence the development of breakthrough products with mass market potential.
Testing: Refine formulas with detailed stability, shelf-life, sensory, and analytical testing.
Collaborate & Lead: Work with cross-functional teams and 3rd party labs to produce novel products at lab, pilot and commercial scale.
International Influence: Undertake cutting-edge research which contributes to global industry advancements.
