Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the financial operations of our organization. This is a full-time, on-site role within a business services and private security agency environment, offering a competitive wage of $64.00 per hour. The successful candidate will play a key role in financial planning, compliance, reporting, and strategic decision-making.

Language Requirement • English (CLB 7 or higher equivalent recommended for LMIA alignment)

Education • College diploma or higher in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field • Equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience may be considered

Experience • Minimum 1 2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial management • Demonstrated supervisory or managerial experience required

Work Setting • Business services environment • Private security agency • Office-based setting

Main Duties (Aligned with NOC 10010) • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the organization’s financial operations • Develop and implement financial policies, systems, and internal controls • Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting processes • Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, and performance analyses • Monitor cash flow, revenues, and expenditures to ensure financial stability • Coordinate financial reporting and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations • Advise senior management on financial strategies, risk management, and cost control measures • Establish and maintain financial control systems • Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate finance and administrative staff (5 10 employees) • Liaise with external auditors, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies

Technical Skills • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) • Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks or equivalent) • Knowledge of financial management systems and reporting tools
