What You’ll Do

Develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs to recommend appropriate products and services.
Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including inquiries on coverage, policy changes, claims, and billing.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Contribute to achieving agency goals and team success.
Stay current with industry trends and continuously learn in a fast-paced environment.

What We’re Looking For

Preferred Experience:
- Sales experience (inside/outside sales, retail)
- Proven track record of meeting sales goals/quotas
Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal, active listening)
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable making presentations to potential customers
Licensing:
- Property & Casualty license (preferred or ability to obtain)
- Life Insurance license (preferred or ability to obtain)
