We are seeking a Part Time Human Resources Consultant to join our remote fractional HR consulting team! The position is initially part-time, hourly but may have the opportunity to grow into a full-time role. You will be a dedicated resource to assigned accounts and perform a wide variety of HR activities to support small and scaling organizations. We work with companies that put their people first and place a high value on the HR experience.

This is a 100% remote position and great opportunity for candidates with at least 5 years of experience to learn and grow in an autonomous environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide strategic guidance across various HR disciplines:
- Employee relations
- Training and development
- Compensation
- Total rewards
- Employee benefits
- HRIS
- Culture development
Develop company procedures and serve as a subject matter expert for multi-state employers
On-board and train new employees
Manage HR goals and deliverables in an agile manner - always responsive and adaptable to change
Implement company culture, values and policies
Provide management with requested reports and documents
Contribute to team blogs and training material as needed

Requirements

Previous experience in Human Resources, recruiting, or other related fields
HR certification via SHRM and/or HRCI desired (will consider in progress certifications)
Knowledge of labor and employment laws
Ability to build rapport with all employees
Strong organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with Google Workspace, Monday and similar tools preferred

Benefits

$30 to $40 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience

Availability M-F during core business hours; however, may also work other days and hours
