Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Legal Assistant to join our team. This position is remote, though our firm is based in Los Angeles, California.

As a Legal Assistant, you will:

Manage case files and deadlines with precision
Prepare and proofread legal documents
Handle calendaring and scheduling for attorneys
Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and third parties
Arrange travel and provide general administrative support

This role is integral to our litigation teams and offers the chance to contribute to meaningful cases that directly impact clients’ lives.

Qualifications

Required: 3+ years’ experience as a Legal Assistant in a litigation setting
Strong skills in case management, document preparation, and client communication
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendaring systems
Preferred: Experience with Centerbase and NetDocs (not required)
Excellent judgment, confidentiality, and organizational skills
A positive attitude, high EQ, and the ability to inspire trust

Compensation & Benefits

Pay range: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour
Full-time, remote position (firm based in Los Angeles, CA)
