Position overview

We’re looking for a Canadian resident for the role of Marketing Associate who’s excited to help shape our brand presence and engage a passionate community of users. In this dynamic entry-level role, you’ll play an essential part in expanding our brand’s reach and fostering a vibrant community of sports lovers. Key Responsibilities

· Develop and Execute Campaigns: Work with the team to design and implement digital marketing strategies across social media, email marketing, and website updates.

· Content Creation: Create engaging content for our social media channels, email newsletters, and blogs that resonates with our community.

· Conduct Market Research: Analyze industry trends and competitor strategies to identify new opportunities for the Sportal’s growth.

· Track Performance Metrics: Use tools like Google Analytics to monitor and report on campaign performance, ensuring continuous improvement.

· Engage with the Community: Grooming of the Sports Facilities, and the sports enthusiast circle at Sportal. Moreover, manage our social media presence, actively responding to user questions and comments to foster engagement.

· Support Promotional Events: Assist in organizing events and promotional activities that boost brand visibility and engage our user base.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience: 1–2 years in marketing, ideally with a focus on digital marketing.
Technical skills: Experience with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO, social media, email marketing).
Communication skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Personal Attributes: Creative, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and passionate about sports and marketing; able to work independently, and as a part of team.
