Monitor instruments on one or more chemical formulation unitsClean and maintain work spaceMeasure, weigh and load chemical ingredients following formulation cardsRecord production informationStart up, shut down and troubleshoot equipmentTake samplesPerform routine chemical and physical tests of productsOperate equipment from a control room or from control consoles located near the production unitsAdjust processing machines and equipmentMonitor reaction processes and transfers of products in conformance with safety procedures
