Job Description

We are seeking a Family, Wills and Estates Legal Assistant for a medium sized law firm in South Edmonton. Experience working in family, estate admin and civil litigation with a minimum of 3+ years of family law experience!

Responsibilities:

Assist with the drafting, reviewing and filing of legal documents

Dictation and diarizing

Act as liaison between lawyer, clients and the courts

Record and store client information

Open Files, record time and invoice clients

Skills & Qualifications

3+ years in Family law, Wills and Estates administration, civil litigation
Strong written and communication skills
Proficiency on a variety of software programs
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong work ethic
