Salary:

M3 Development Management is searching for aProject Manager to join our team in the Calgary office. This isn't a desk-bound role or a passive advisory position. It's a hands-on opportunity to lead, influence, and deliver complex development projects with precision.

A Day in the Life:

At M3, no two days will look alike. As one of our Project Managers, you get to determine what each day will look like for you. Key responsibilities include:

Manage all phases of a projects lifecycle from initiation to completion, ensuring technical standards and client expectations are met or exceeded.
Provide strategic direction in project planning, execution, and monitoring.
Lead, supervise, and mentor project coordintators.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Chair key meetings and drive effective communication and scope management.
Engage in business development activities and foster relationships with potential new clients.
Seek to enhance processes across the company, champion innovation, and uphold technical excellence in all project phases.

What You Bring:

Post-secondary qualification in architecture, engineering, or a related field.
7+ years of postgraduate experience in project management, construction, cost consulting, or development.
Demonstrated ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and complex stakeholder groups.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Strong leadership skills with a proven track record in managing and developing teams.
Extensive experience in managing project timelines, resources, costs, and risks.

Your previous Project Management experience working in fast-paced environments and how you slowed things down to get to a solution, focused on collaboration, and looked for the less obvious.
Your ability to expand on the technical proficiencies and projects you outlined in your resume
