This role is simple: you make things that work, and you make them fast. You take rough ideas and turn them into repeatable, data-collecting prototypes. You own the full prototype cycle, iterate quickly, learn from failure, and trade perfection for results when it matters. You like being hands-on, you enjoy rapid cycles of build-test-learn, and you get energized by shipping messy systems that actually collect useful data in the field.

Requirements

We are hiring both junior and senior people who fit the above and below descriptions.

Junior hires should show clear, recent hands-on projects and a demonstrated ability to iterate quickly.
Senior hires should show they have led shipping prototypes, shortened cycle time, made systems more repeatable, and mentored others.

Above all we value speed, practical judgment, and a relentless bias toward building.
