As part of a high-volume, fast-paced dealership, the Sales Consultant will be the subject matter expert for all customers looking to purchase a vehicle at Marino's Fine Car Subaru. You’ll be responsible for providing top-tier customer service and ensuring every guest has an enjoyable and memorable experience. If you have a passion for people, a sales-oriented mindset, and a drive for creating long-lasting relationships, this is the opportunity for you!

Key responsibilities:

Work with clients to understand their needs.
Respond to client concerns and questions. 
Develop and maintains a full knowledge of all products, available services, pricing and key features.
Build strong relationships with clients.
Ensure that every vehicle delivery is special for each and every client.  
Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

1-3 Years in a sales background.
Valid OMVIC certification.
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Professional demeanor and appearance.
Ability to work in a team and possesses strong interpersonal skills with an upbeat and engaging attitude.
Excellent listening skills.
Strong negotiating skills.
Self-motivated with excellent work ethic.
Ability to problem solve and high attention to detail.
Love for a fast-paced, high-energy environment where teamwork drives results.
Computer skills and understanding of technology.
Experience with PBS software considered an asset.

Working Environment:

Hours: 40 Hours per week
Working in Sales Department

Compensation:

Expected compensation range: $90,000 - $130,000
The range may vary based on experience and qualifications.

This compensation encompasses commission, non-discretionary performance bonuses and vacation pay as required under Ontario Regulation 476/24 made under the Employment Standards Act, 2000.
