Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs and preferences.
Provide detailed information on vehicles, features, and financing options.
Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle performance.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Stay up to date on product knowledge, dealership promotions, and industry trends.
Meet and exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in automotive sales or a related field is preferred but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a desire to succeed.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
