My Mutual insurance is seeking a Vice President, Technology Data & Analytics, a strategic, people-first leader who will shape our digital future. As a key member of our leadership team, and a trusted advisor to the President & CEO and Board of Directors, you will guide all technology, data, cybersecurity, and analytical functions across the organization.

This role drives digital transformation, ensures technology resilience and reliability, strengthens cybersecurity, and builds the data foundations which support informed decision-making. You will collaborate closely with colleagues across Operations, Finance, Underwriting, Claims, and Growth to embed data-driven decision thinking and innovation into daily work and long-term strategy.

What You'll Do

• Provide strategic leadership for technology, data, and analytics across the organization to enable digital transformation and informed decision-making.

• Lead technology infrastructure, cybersecurity, and system modernization initiatives to ensure stability, scalability, and security.

• Oversee and build data governance, analytics, and reporting frameworks to ensure data integrity, transparency, and actionable insights.

• Lead through key functional leads and subject matter experts to drive performance and collaboration.

What You Bring

• Technology & Digital Leadership: Deep understanding of IT systems, digital platforms, and modernization practices.

• Data Strategy & Governance: Skilled in data management, analytics, and establishing governance standards that support transparency and insight.

• Cybersecurity & Risk Awareness: Strong understanding of technology risk, privacy, and security practices within regulated environments.

• Strategic & Analytics Thinking: Uses insight and data to inform strategy, forecasting, and performance management.

• People First Leadership: Leads with empathy and accountability, fostering inclusion, trust and professional growth.

• Communication & Influence: Translates technical concepts into clear business insights for diverse audiences.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Actuarial Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, or any related field. A Master’s degree is considered an asset.

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in technology, data management, or analytics within a regulated environment.

• Proven experience leading technology modernization, implementing analytics strategies, and managing enterprise-level systems.

Work Environment

• This is a head office role based in Waldheim, Saskatchewan, with additional office space in Saskatoon. This position can operate within a hybrid model, with flexibility for remote work when it supports individual and organizational needs.

• Regular presence at the Waldheim office is expected to foster collaboration and connection.
