Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee the daily operations of the Regulatory Operations department.
Translate new license/brand regulatory requirements into efficient operational procedures.
Act as project lead and central coordinator for all audits (internal, external, and regulator-driven).
Develop and maintain an ‘ Operations Procedures Database’ ensuring version control and easy accessibility.
Liaise with compliance to ensure timely receipt of updated requirements and guidance.
Work with the internal audit team to ensure operational compliance with regulatory expectations.
Identify procedural gaps, propose improvements, and oversee implementation.
Own final sign-off on operational readiness for new licenses/brands.
Manage hiring, training, and team structure development.
Provide regular departmental updates and risk assessments to senior leadership.
Own the RG framework from an operations perspective ensuring all processes align with regulatory and internal standards.
Support customer-facing teams (VIP, Customer Support, RG/AML, etc.) by providing guidance, answering RG-related queries, and offering clarity on complex or sensitive cases
