As an Agricultural Equipment Technician, or Service Technician, you work independently to perform complex diagnostics, service repairs and maintenance on agricultural and turf equipment. You work both in-field and in-shop requiring very little direction, as a Journeyperson, you share your knowledge by mentoring others.

Expert knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems used in the repair of agricultural and Turf equipment.
Most importantly, you understand agriculture and the challenges facing growers.

For you to be selected for an interview you have:

Completed a certified trade such as Agriculture Equipment Technician, Heavy-Duty Equipment Mechanic or similar. John Deere certified a strong asset.
Consideration may be given to 3rd or 4th level apprentices.
Minimum 3 years of experience performing diagnostics and service repairs.
Computer skills required, Service Advisor an asset.
Physically capable to perform the job, with the ability to lift at least 75 lbs. repeatedly.
High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license required.
Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
